2. Collection and storage of personal data: nature and purpose

When you visit this website, your browser sends the web server the standard technical information required to deliver the pages. Google Analytics is only used with your separate consent, as described in section 6. Contact by telephone or email is voluntary.

Reservations are made through the embedded Gastronovi widget. The information you enter is transmitted directly to Gastronovi.

3. Third-party services

• Gastronovi reservation widget – services.gastronovi.com. The widget sets its own cookies and stores data to process the reservation. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or, with consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
• Instagram – www.instagram.com. Links lead to external pages. When you visit them, data is transmitted to Meta.
• Google Maps – maps.google.com. Links lead to external maps. Data is shared with Google.

4. Cookies

To store your privacy choice, this website uses your browser’s local storage under the key “noahs.analytics-consent.v1”. Only your Analytics choice, the version of the consent information and the time of your choice with its expiry date are stored; the choice remains valid for up to 180 days. This storage enables us to respect your decision across the pages of this website. Google Analytics cookies are only used with consent (see section 6). The Gastronovi booking system is only embedded when you actively load it on the reservation page and may set its own cookies. You can end this connection by selecting “Close booking system”.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Please contact us by email to exercise these rights.

6. Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 to analyse visits to and use of our website statistically. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Our website’s measurement ID is G-N5ZZ3GZWRP.

Only with your consent: The Google Analytics script is only loaded when you select “Allow Analytics” in the privacy banner or enable and save the corresponding option in the privacy settings. Without this consent, this Analytics integration neither sets Google Analytics cookies nor sends analytics requests to Google. You can use the website and make a reservation without Analytics.

Purpose and data: After consent, the data processed includes, in particular, page views, the time and duration of use, interactions, technical information about the browser and device, a pseudonymous identifier and, where applicable, the referring website. The IP address is technically required during transmission; Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We use this data to understand how our website is used and to improve what we offer. Google signals and personalised advertising features are disabled in our website tag.

Legal basis: Information is stored on or read from your device on the basis of your consent under section 25(1) of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG). The subsequent processing of personal data is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Cookies and retention periods: Google Analytics may set the cookies _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visitors and store session status. Our website tag is configured with a lifetime of 180 days. This may be renewed on subsequent visits with valid consent. The retention period for event data stored by Google depends on the settings of our Analytics account; you can request further information from the controller named above. Your local privacy choice is stored for up to 180 days.

Recipients and international transfers: Google processes the analytics data. This may also involve processing by Google LLC and other Google companies or service providers outside the EU, particularly in the USA. Information about Google’s data processing and safeguards for international transfers can be found in Google’s data processing terms and Google’s privacy policy.

Withdrawal of consent: You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via “Privacy settings” in the footer. To do this, disable Google Analytics and save your choice. The website disables analytics, removes the Analytics cookies it can access and reloads the page without Analytics. Withdrawal does not affect processing that has already taken place; data already transmitted to Google is not automatically deleted as a result. Consent for Gastronovi reservations is separate.
